VSTI-Partners, LLC is seeking an implementation Project Manager to support clients in various implementation engagements. Primary responsibilities include creating and maintaining project schedules, identifying critical path dependencies, risk identification and mitigation, and managing tasks to completion. This role will support the optimizing of business processes, contribute to requirements documentation, and engage with clients to ensure client teams are adequately prepared for COTS application ‘go-live.’ Salesforce experience a strong plus.
Skills and Capabilities:
Possess exceptional organizational skills to implement and maintain structured processes for organizing, tracking, and managing tasks and projects, ensuring thoroughness and precision in all deliverables.
Working knowledge of technical implementation project vernacular, Agile Methodology and the ability to understand the technical project lifecycle, including high-level knowledge about processes, requirements, and system capability development and tracking.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team to support gathering and organizing necessary information for the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Experience with requirements documentation and project management tools such as Jira.
Experience in organizational change management is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years’ experience is preferred.
The location is flexible but may require some travel to client sites and/or meeting locations in the Washington DC area. Must be a US Citizen with the ability to acquire a Public Trust Security Clearance.

Primary responsibilities include supporting stakeholder analysis, following change management best practices and developing communications. This role will support the optimizing of business processes, contribute to requirements documentation, and engage with clients to ensure client teams are adequately prepared for COTS application ‘go-live.’ Salesforce experience a strong plus.
Skills and Capabilities:
Demonstrated ability to align with and execute Organization Change Management methodologies and best practices, including Change Impact Assessments, Stakeholder Analysis and implementation of Change Management Plans.
Ability to support facilitation, communicate effectively and execute according to plans and schedule.
Training development and delivery support experience desired.
Working knowledge of technical implementation project vernacular, Agile Methodology and ability to understand the technical project lifecycle, including high-level knowledge about processes, requirements, and system capability development and tracking, preferred.
Ability to work independently, handle simultaneous deadlines, and manage conflicting priorities.
Skills in time management, organization, communication, and problem solving.
